For Ontario organizations with 50+ employees
Know where your website stands before you sign your AODA report.
We test up to 25 pages of your site against WCAG 2.0 Level AA and send a plain-English report: what is failing, who it affects, and exactly what your web person should fix first.
Online checkout is not open. Email us to discuss availability and scope before placing an order. Read the conditions de service (français) / terms of service (English).
How it works
Email us
Send your website address and tell us what you need. We confirm availability, scope and next steps by email before testing. No access to your systems is needed.
We test
Up to 25 public pages, discovered from your home page, checked with axe-core's WCAG 2.0 A and AA rules on each page's initial desktop view.
You get the report
A PDF in your inbox within one business day, written for the person signing the report and the person fixing the site.
Fix and re-test
When your fixes are live, reply to the email. We re-run the test free, once, within 60 days.
What is in the report
- A one-paragraph bottom line for the certifying officer
- A ranked "fix these first" list, weighted by impact and pages affected
- Each issue in plain English: who it affects, why it matters, how to fix it
- Exact examples from your pages for your web developer
- The WCAG 2.0 success criterion behind every finding
- A preliminary checklist of manual checks automation cannot do, and items the scanner could not decide
Read the full sample report (run on the W3C's deliberately inaccessible demo site).
C$99 one-time, per website
This is not a manual audit. It is a fast, affordable first step: a dated, automated record of where your site stands and a prioritized fix list.

What automated testing can and cannot tell you
Automated tools reliably catch common failures (missing alt text, low contrast, unlabelled forms and buttons), but they detect only a portion of accessibility barriers, and no coverage percentage has been established for this service. Pages are tested in their initial desktop view; menus, form errors, content loaded on scroll and mobile layouts are not tested. Every report lists preliminary manual checks and what was not tested. Establishing full WCAG conformance needs a suitably scoped manual evaluation.
This report is not legal advice and not a certification. We do not sell accessibility overlays or widgets.
Questions
We have fewer than 50 employees. Do we need this?
For businesses and non-profits, the AODA website requirement applies at 50 or more employees in Ontario (designated public-sector bodies have different rules). Organizations with 20 to 49 employees still file a compliance report, but it does not include the website standard. A report can still be useful if you want an accessible site.
Do you need access to our website or systems?
No. We only load your public pages, the same way any visitor does.
Which pages do you test?
Up to 25 pages found by following links from your home page, starting with your main navigation. If you want specific pages included, reply to your order email.
What if we are not happy with it?
Reply within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.
What does the report not do?
It does not file your accessibility compliance report, does not assess your other AODA obligations (policies, training, customer service, employment), and cannot certify that your website complies. It tests public pages against the WCAG 2.0 criteria that automated tools can check, and lists the manual checks still needed.
